Purposes of the processing of the collected data
- to respond to the request made by the data subject by completing this form, subject to the data subject’s consent;
- sending commercial communications and updates on activities and services provided by the data controller and its partners to the aforementioned email address;
- to conduct personalized informational and sales activities via telephone.
Consequences of Failure to Provide Data and/or to Give Consent for the Purposes Set Forth in Sections B and C
Failure to provide the data indicated above will prevent the data controller from carrying out the purposes specified in Section A.
The activities listed in sections B. and C. of this privacy notice may be carried out only with the data subject’s consent. These expressions of consent are separate and optional and may be revoked at any time without this entailing any burden
or harm to the data subject with respect to his or her relationship with the Data Controller regarding the purposes referred to in section A.
How Collected Data Is Processed
The data is processed in compliance with the technical and organizational security measures set forth in the EU Regulation, using procedures designed to ensure the confidentiality of the data.
Legal Basis for the Processing Activities Carried Out
For each of the aforementioned purposes, the legal bases justifying the processing are indicated as follows:
- to respond to the request made by the data subject by completing this form: the need to perform the contract to which the data subject is a party and to fulfill specific contractual and/or legal obligations arising from that relationship;
- Sending commercial communications and updates on activities and services provided by the data controller to the aforementioned email address using the provided email address: consent of the data subject;
- to carry out personalized informational and marketing activities via telephone: consent of the data subject;
Stakeholders and Scope of Distribution
The data may be accessed by the data controller and by specifically trained individuals responsible for processing it. In addition to the parties specified above, the data provided may be processed by third parties appointed as data processors, to the extent necessary for the performance of activities carried out by them on behalf of the data controller to achieve the purposes indicated above and within the scope of the authorizations granted to them (a list of these parties is available upon request to the data controller at the contact information provided above). As a general rule, the data provided will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations outside the EU. In the event of a transfer to third countries, the conditions set forth in Articles 44 et seq. of the European Regulation will be observed.
Data Retention Period
For each of the aforementioned purposes, the corresponding retention periods are indicated as follows:
- To respond to the request made by the data subject: the data will be retained for as long as necessary to carry out and manage the relationship, for a period consistent with the purposes and dynamics associated with the nature of the relationship itself
- Sending commercial communications and updates on activities and services provided by the data controller and its partners to the aforementioned email address using the following email address: until revoked and, in any case, no later than 10 years
- to carry out personalized informational and marketing activities via telephone: until revoked and, in any case, for no longer than 10 years
How to Exercise Your Rights and File a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority
At any time, the data subject may exercise the rights set forth in Articles 15 and following of European Regulation No. 679/2016 and withdraw their consent for the purposes set forth in sections B. and C. by sending a notice to the following email address:
