The governance system of ON THE GO is based on consolidated rules, structured operational practices, and independent control bodies aimed at risk prevention.
Business ethics is the cornerstone of our identity and represents an essential pillar to ensure both internal organizational efficiency and the trust of clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. In relations with third parties, the actions of directors and employees are guided by the values of loyalty, fairness, and transparency.
These principles are put into practice through the Organization, Management and Control Model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, integrated by the Code of Ethics and specific operational protocols. The objective is to promote responsible corporate conduct capable of generating shared value for the Company and the local community.
To guarantee the effectiveness, adequacy, and constant updating of this system, the Supervisory Body (OdV) is currently operational, composed of Prof. Marcello Condini (external member) and Stefania Rosa (internal member).
