Data Generated by Access to the Website

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website collect, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.  This data (such as domain names, IP addresses, the operating system used, and the type of device and browser used to connect) is not accompanied by any additional personal information and is used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website; to manage the need to monitor how the website is used; and to ascertain responsibility in the event of potential computer crimes.  The legal basis justifying the processing of such data is the need to enable the website’s features to function following the user’s access.


Data voluntarily provided by the user

The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or the implementation of precontractual measures taken at the data subject’s request. In the cases expressly indicated (points c., d., and e.), the legal basis is the consent freely given by the data subject. 3. Nature of the contribution

Apart from what is specified regarding browsing data, the provision of data:

  • with respect to the purposes set forth in subparagraphs a., b., and f., is optional; however, any refusal will make it impossible for the Data Controller to fulfill the contractual obligations it has assumed;

  • with regard to the purposes set forth in letters c., d., and e., it is also optional, and the use of such data is subject to the provision of explicit consent. Any refusal will make it impossible for the Data Controller to send newsletters, promotional materials, or invitations to events and initiatives.


4. Methods of Data Processing and Data Retention Periods

The data collected will be processed using electronic or otherwise automated means, including computer and telecommunications systems, or through manual processing, using methods strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected and, in any case, in a manner that ensures the security of the data at all times.

In any case, the data controller adheres to rules that prevent the indefinite retention of data and therefore limits the retention period in accordance with the principle of data minimization.


5. Parties Authorized to Process Data, Data Processors, and Disclosure of Data

The data collected is processed by authorized personnel in accordance with specific instructions provided in compliance with applicable laws. The data collected, where necessary or instrumental to the fulfillment of the purposes indicated, may be processed by third parties appointed as data processors or, depending on the circumstances, disclosed to them as independent data controllers, specifically:

  • individuals, companies, associations, or professional firms that provide assistance and consulting services to our Company for the purposes set forth in point 2;

  • companies, entities, and associations that provide services related to and necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes indicated above (e.g., maintenance of IT systems).

The collected data will not be transferred outside the EU.


6. Rights of the Data Subject

At any time, you may access your data, object to its processing, or request the deletion, modification, or updating of all personal information collected by the data controller, exercise your right to restrict processing and your right to data portability, by sending an email to info@otg.agency.
