3. Nature of the contribution
Apart from what is specified regarding browsing data, the provision of data:
with respect to the purposes set forth in subparagraphs a., b., and f., is optional; however, any refusal will make it impossible for the Data Controller to fulfill the contractual obligations it has assumed;

Any refusal will make it impossible for the Data Controller to send newsletters, promotional materials, or invitations to events and initiatives.
